New Moms

Vision: New Moms, Inc. seeks to enable, empower, and equip at-risk adolescent parents and their  children through services and mentoring based on Christian values.
Who they serve: At-risk teens and their young children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
What they do: New Moms, Inc. seeks to empower teenage mothers and end the cycles of poverty and abuse.

This is done through five programs:

• Community Outreach (advocacy and crisis intervention)
• Parents as Teachers, (parent education and mentoring)
• Cooperative Living Program (supportive housing and case management)
• New Kids (infant stimulation and school readiness for children)
• Rising Star (career readiness)
