Ongoing Services

Ongoing consulting services are designed to provide a nonprofit organization with an executive or management level person either on a part-time or temporary basis. The organization might be growing but can't yet afford a full-time person or might need assistance during a transitional period. The typical types of roles filled by our consulting staff are virtual CFOs, COOs, and Controllers.
