Financial Reporting and Analysis

During the implementation phase, the Technical Services Team works with you to identify the key reporting needs of all the key constituents. Then, starting with our standard report set, we make changes to match the identified needs. Your staff members are able to access their program or ministry fund details online. Directors and executives receive monthly organization and program level reports. Board members receive a financial board packet for each board meeting.

Data Analysis

In addition to the standard, monthly reporting and analysis, our consulting team is able to perform a more detailed analysis of the financial, program, and giving data to help uncover key insights into your organization.  These can then be used as the basis for discovering and implementing a setup of 'best' practices within your organization.
