Home Office Support Services

Service Description

This service provides home office support for your field staff.  The home office support service provides:

 

  • Assistance in enrollment of staff before going to field

Ø       Payroll enrollment

Ø       Insurance enrollment

Ø       Bank account setup and enrollment

Ø       Retirement plan enrollment

Ø       Budget preparation

 

  • Assist field staff in preparation and mailing of correspondence
  • Assist field staff in purchasing and shipping needed ministry materials
  • Communicate and train on policy and procedures
  • Consolidate and send regular outbound communications to field staff
  • Handling and routing of field inquiries  

This service does not currently provide

  • Travel itinerary creation and booking

  • Event planning and logistics
  • Assistance in home-leave planning
