Service Description

This service provides office administrative assistance and an office presence for incoming calls and correspondence.  The general office service provides:

 

·         Administrative assistance to Executive Director up to x hours per month

 

Ø         Correspondence assistance

Ø         Problem follow-up

Ø         Coordinating office equipment purchases, maintenance, etc.

 

  • Establish a physical presence – address, answered phone, etc.
  • Maintaining flow of information

Ø         Meeting coordination and scheduling

Ø         Receiving and sorting mail

Ø         Tracking individuals schedules

  • Trouble shooting and problem solving on local office computer equipment

 

Possible additional options

  • Placing staff in our facility with Cedarstone providing management oversight
  • Event planning and related logistics
  • Creation and writing of annual report
  • Board meeting planning, logistics, and minutes
