Donor Support Services

Service Description

This service provides for the comprehensive tracking of and communications with donors.  The tracking of donor receipts is provided through the complementary donor record keeping and reporting service.  Core to this service is the creation of a donor database in Microsoft Access.  The donation support service provides:

 

  • Recording of donors and “friends” of the ministry

Ø         Donor’s name and title

Ø         Donor’s address

Ø         Donor’s mailing address

Ø         Donor’s contact information – home & work phone numbers, email addresses

Ø         Donor preferences on contact – newsletters, notices, etc.

Ø         Donation history

Ø         Donor interests and classifications

 

  • Donor database management – inactive donors, address changes, etc.
  • Printing labels for other use (up to x times per year) based on designated selection criteria
  • Stuffing and mailing a monthly newsletter
  • Monthly and annual donor analysis reports
  • On-line access to donor information
